Join us for the very first TBB Tween Retreat held by Georgia Canning and special guest Laura Trimble-Thompson.
A dance retreat with a twist that promises a deeper connection to self through ballet, yoga, meditation, journaling and exercise.
In todays fast paced society it’s easy to let the pain of growing up inhibit growth and self worth. Georgia & Laura want to share the tools they’ve learned through their own separate passions to live a balanced life full of self respect and self love.
Our goal? To have students walking out the door feeling loved, seen and heard through a little grit and a little grace…
9.30-10.30AM Ballet with Georgia
10.30-11AM Morning Tea (provided)
11-12PM Yoga with Laura
12-12.30PM Lunch (BYO)
12.30-2PM Introduction to Meditation & Journaling with Laura
2-3PM Grit & Grace Workout with Georgia!
Healthy morning tea and workshop materials provided. However we ask that students bring lunch, yoga mat (if you don’t have one, we have a couple so don’t worry!) and a journal.
